Professional colleagues, sweet students, balanced work-life, but few financial benefits. I'd still love to return here one day.
The good thingsThe workload is not stressful. You will have a work-life balance. Students are sweet and kind.
The challengesVery few benefits and bonuses. It is difficult to file a leave because attendance is a serious deal for them.

The good thingsI enjoyed students who are willing to learn on how to play the guitar and how to read notes.
The challengesthe challenge here is that you are teaching in one class or a group of 20 more or less. you have to be patient and do have lesson plans.
