Substandard Management

The good thingsSalary is satisfactory and the company offers lifts to it's employees. I would recommend this company to people who want to gain more experience and toughen their mental strength ;).

The challengesThis company should work more on their employee care. Work is mostly 7 times a week for most employees including holidays.

A whirlwind of experience and no ending learning

The good thingsBesides from learning, I associated with great people. Everyday has a challenge to face that eager me to be determined and stood for every decision I have made. This company will help you developed your personality as well as enhanced your skills.

The challengesSalary maybe, since I am not living in Bacolod, I need to find boarding house. My salary is just good enough to my daily expenses. In addition, the area of my house was secured during day but I am not sure at night.
