    One of the Fastest Growing Companies
    The good thingsThe big change started in 2015 with the hiring of the new General Manager. New systems are implemented in all departments. Double digit sales growth, triple digit growth in profit. New product design helps reduced cost, improves profit and very competitive in pricing. It has been a regular annual event to give out incentives. The owner is very supportive of the top management. There is no more worries of layoffs because the company is performing very well.
    The challengesIt's about time to move to a bigger place as the business is growing very fast. There are still some under performing employees which the company should let go.

    The good thingsTeam Work is most important, ISO Certification 2015 version, We been hitting our objective of !5% Net income after Tax ( NIAT ) for the last four years. We are vastly improving our Customer Satisfaction Survey for the past three years, we have awarded best employees for achieving their departmental objectives and giving out additional incentives for a Job well done.
    The challengesSlow product innovation, the unit model we are offering is over 50 years old already, in order for us to be competitive in the next five years we have to find ways to improve our product designs, specially now with Asian integration here in the Philippines.

    The good thingshave mid year and year end bonus, maximum to 200% of a month salary given every year. Depending on performance of the branch where you assigned. plus 13th month pay and leave credits..plus commission depending on your sales. the commission is not that big because the product is hard to sell..Not so stressful job as sales rep. have birthday leave and cash gift of 500.. 15 days sick leave and 7 days paid vacation leave.
    The challengesyou need to be motivated in sales job because the product of this company is difficult to sell since it is industrial company.. No technical training in the job. when you get hired as sales. The technical training is only once a year. And that is schedule on year end.

    best employer ever!
    The good thingsI like the culture of the company, they treat us as a family. The employee were working harmonously with each other. The salary is average not too high not too low. The best thing is that my boss is very transparent to his companion.
    The challengesThe challenges for me working thus company is that the nature of business is somewhat different with my previous job. But with the help of my supervisor and office mate I able to balance.
