Great learning experience if you are a fresh graduate!
The good thingsI enjoyed the working experience and the environment. friendly workmates and awesome mentors. No toxicity, just fun and new skills and knowledge to learn!
The challengesThe working days, its hard if you are not staying at a place nearby office. Also challenges of the training. Your brain will surely work if you want to succeed.

    Low Salary, 6-day workweek
The good thingsSupportive but only to some extent.
The challengesThe salary is low. If you're given an offer, compute the daily rate instead since the company has a 6-day workweek. There are a lot of unrealistic deadlines and sudden changes when you're working on the dev team. You have to work even at night because of the management/producers' doing. Only basic compensation. Too few leaves.

Great Career Growth at the Cost of Work-Life Balance
The good thingsI learned a lot of things while working here. I learned how to program in Xcode, Unity, Android Studio an I improved my coding architecture and learned how gaming companies operate and handle critical situations. Management listens to their employees so your opinion will always matter.
The challengesWork-life balance is quite hard due to SAT work though you'll be signing up for it. Self-improvement is also difficult due to the same reason. If you want to learn something outside the things you learn at the office.

Good place to start your career
The good thingsIt's a self sufficient indie game company. The employees are nice and everyone's open to suggestions/ideas. You'll get to work with the Seattle and Taiwan team.
The challengesThe place can be improved
