A company that cares.
The good thingsTrainings. Never late in salary. Yearly increase. They have uniforms. You will learn to specialize because workloads are categorized and delegated properly. I had a great, knowledgeable, and understanding supervisor. It's a great place to build your repertoire.
The challengesPromotions are a little slow, but there's a performance-based yearly increase. Performance-based means it starts at the government-mandated increase and then raises depending on how well you perform your duties and responsibilities.
