    You can only grow so much on this company
    The good things- Annual activities for rest & recreation - Team building activities that help foster team growth - Abundant Food
    The challenges- Don't expect career growth unless the superior resigns/removed - No assurance of permanence, depends on the director's personal evaluation - Management controls agent's communication with clients - Will not support your growth, focuses on criticizing work practices regardless of performance - Will not enable you to implement/showcase suggestions and will only consider that management sees benefit on their own end, not the team. - Management sometimes grabs credit over achievements even with less supervision from them.

    Great working environment and very fun!
    The good thingsFriendly environment and relaxing atmosphere, supervisors and other workers will help you familiarize on the job. Also have health benefits, leaves and incentives especially on perfect attendance.
    The challengesThere are some holidays that requires you to attend, schedules are changed every few months, you need to be flexible in order to work and have a perfect attendance.
