It was a memorable experience especially for a first timer in the industryThe good thingsThe people, the trainings, the encouraging supervisors and managers who not only train you within the works of the industry, but also trains you outside of it.
The challengesIt's very cutthroat, and if you don't make the cut, newbie or not, they'll let you go. Without a doubt.
Sometimes you get confused of what is asked especially after the transition. I never liked the second organizational set-up as based on experience, it was not as hands-on as the first, and there was less support and training for the new bloods.
