    The good thingsI’ve really enjoyed the unlimited free coffee, the accessibility of being able to work at any of our sites, the flexibility to adjust my working hours, and the overall feeling of inclusion in company events regardless of position.
    The challengesSchedules vary by department, but new hires typically go onsite at our main BGC office. Nonetheless, the team is supportive, the environment welcoming, and the onboarding smooth and enjoyable.

    The good thingsKMC Solutions has given me one of the most rewarding work experiences in my 13+ years in the industry. The compensation is very competitive and significantly higher than my previous roles, which shows how much the company values its employees. One of the highlights of my time at KMC is being promoted within just two years. This reflects the company’s strong culture of recognizing performance, potential, and hard work. KMC also invests heavily in employee growth through training programs that support personal development, career progression, and skills enhancement. I’ve been fortunate to work with great teammates who are collaborative, professional, and supportive. The flexible work setup and flexible working hours allow for a healthy work–life balance, while still maintaining productivity and accountability. Leadership has been consistently supportive and approachable. Managers encourage growth, trust their teams, and foster a positive and motivating environment.
    The challengesAs KMC continues to grow, one challenge is keeping alignment and communication consistent across different teams and accounts. With multiple clients and fast-paced environments, ensuring that processes, expectations, and updates are communicated clearly across all levels could further improve efficiency and collaboration.

    The good thingsI really enjoy my role as a back-end developer because it continuously challenges me and gives me a lot of opportunities to grow. There’s always something new to learn, and I like how the work pushes me to think critically and solve problems. I also appreciate the people I work with—they’re supportive and amazing. Plus, the little perks like unlimited Mad Max coffee make the environment even better.

    Here at KMC, we make it happen, we move fast and we show care.
    The good thingsThe hiring process was fast and seamless. From the first level up to the final interview, it only took around 2 weeks. All the pre-employment requirements are submitted online and can be accomplished while I was still transitioning from my previous employer. The NHO and other onboarding process were also done prior to my start date. The culture is very good especially within my team. I love the inclusivity, flexible work arrangement and various engagement activities happening on each of the sites. You can freely share your ideas and showcase your skills; everyone is given a chance to grow, shine, and be the best in what you do. I feel very blessed that I was able to land a role here - something I thought would never happen.
    The challengesThere is no perfect organization. There will always be room for improvement no matter what company you apply for. For KMC, I believe leaders could learn more about change management and people management. And for some niche roles, salary benchmarking should also be done.

    Great place to grow, automate, and enjoy the work vibe.
    The good thingsWhat I’ve really enjoyed at KMC is the balance—solid work, good people, and enough freedom to actually fix things instead of just filing tickets into the void. As someone in Accounts Payable, I love that I get to automate processes, streamline workflows, and watch bots take over the boring tasks like true digital interns. Extremely satisfying.
    The challengesWhat could be improved? Honestly, nothing deal-breaking—but there are a few things that could level up the whole experience. Some internal processes could be a bit more streamlined so teams spend less time chasing info and more time actually doing the work. KMC is already progressing fast in automation, but there’s still room to push more tools, more integrations, and less manual “hanapin mo nalang sa thread na yan” moments.

    "It feels like home"
    The good thingsI love how the environment feels; it's not just aesthetic offices, but friendly people too. I also love the recruitment process, from phone interview to offboarding, it was a very smooth experience. Would recommend applying for an internship here as they are very hands-on in teaching you stuff.

    The challengesNo formal handover from KMC to client - like your on your own on your 1st day. It gets worst if your the only employee for that client, you don't have anyone to ask to or anything.
