    The challengesThe most of the managers are credit takers and finger pointing when the issue turns to worst, will easily throw you under the bus if needed be

    The Company is really good specially in treating their employee. With KMC you are now just one of them, YOU ARE PART OF IT. They will treat you as family. This is one if the reason why I really love working with them.

    The good thingsIve spent the past 8 years with this company. I wouldn't be with KMC this long if I didn't love working here. This is family to me. This is where my career started, where I made mistakes and took risks along the way and learned/developed. I wouldn't be where I am if not for the opportunities given and Im quite lucky to have grown together with KMC. I love the culture, the flexibility and the way we are measured based on merit.
