Can't imagine a better internship experience!The good thingsI had hands on experience on things that were significant to the company. The employee demographic was young and millennial. Everyone was hardworking and driven, but never forgot to have fun. There were a lot of activities that promoted good relationships not only with your team, but with other departments as well.
The challengesI felt that the team I was in had too much to do. They were managing, but they were always doing something important, things they couldn't postpone, and couldn't be interrupted. They need more hands on deck.
