    KJA Summit is a Great working place for Everyone!
    The good thingsManagement is easy to approached. They are willing to accept new ideas for the growth of the company and for the good sake of all employees. It is very easy for us employees to recommend something. We are able to communicate freely to the owner without hesitation. The way they treasure their loyal employees makes us want to stay in this company. Great management. Ideal Retirement company for all.

    The CEO takes time to talk to me. Very accommodating and respectful. Staff are friendly and smart.
    The good thingsThe CEO and CFO are all great! Shows sincerity and care for the employees. Staff are friendly, respectful and easy to be with. Working with KJA Employees are worth treasured.
    The challengesAdditional staff for other positions. Improvement in technical aspect such as internet, cellphone signal and other machinery.
