    The workplace and environment are both great.
    The good thingsThe workplace and environment are both great. The employees are friendly. Wages and benefits are acceptable, but no health-related perks are provided. Some positions have the potential for promotion.
    The challengesCorporate politics exist in the majority of departments. Even if you do better than others, your pay grade won't change because salary is position-based rather than performance-based.

    The good thingsThe Company promotes professional working environment and provide good benefits to us their employees. One of the benefits of Kyowa is that they provide shuttle service to their employees.
