    I learn a lot from this company, however I cannot able to share my experience to others since the company offer very low compensation and this holds me back.

    poor management even you want to lessen the NG the manufacturing is more focus on output even theres NG. Vehicle parking is not free need to register worth 200php aside from peza with also payment... no bonuses, only 5 SIL for one year, more time in company.

    The good thingsAlmost all local and Expat colleagues are approachable.
    The challengesPoor inter-departmental coordination. Poor system work-flow. Inconsistency of Annual Salary increase due to demand fluctuation. Expect that the only thing permanent in NKG is "CHANGE".

    The good things1. I can have additional process. 2. I can work in a day even as a support to other line. 3. We have shuttle in every pick up point. 4. I can still work on Sundays and restdays. 5. Approachable coordinators (steps) even at nightshift.
    The challenges1. Being a support in other line. 2. Everyday is a challenge everytime changing sku. 3. There was a day that you might be a support because we don't have plan to run for our line. 4. Double or multiple process because can't ask for support. 5. Manual run for output Everytime conveyor is damage.

    Terrible Management Practices
    The good thingsThe Management is not for the employees but for the management itself only. You only have 5 paid leaves for the whole year plus your Birthday Leave.
    The challengesThe work is good, supervisors and such. But the HR never listen to the employees' demands.

    The good things- There are quite a few notable clients that the company has. - You will learn a lot in experiencing everyday problems in an office-based environment. - Friendly and reliable co-employees.
    The challenges- There are working days every other sabado, - You may have a health card but the coverage is too limited. You are allowed to have a dependent but you are responsible for it, not the company. - No annual increase for employees. (Only the selected few can have a chance) - Overall management of the company is a big no.

    The good thingsThe only good things is they moved holidays.
    The challengesThey avoid overtime or doubled paid work. And there lifeline Leave is only 5 days in a year. So you have to be very careful not to waste it.

    Good because I learned a lot of new things in programming fields.
    The good thingsGood things here is the working environment. The company location is a plus. Relaxation time is nice. Not so pressure on work loads.
    The challengesFew benefits. Company rules is general to all employees, no division of rules in production and office staff. Management is very bad. Not properly manage every main task/job. Unfair promotions basis. Too relax to the point of you become unproductive.
