It provides valuable learning opportunities, as challenges and high standards encourage innovation, problem-solving, and personal development. This type of environment helps sharpen abilities and prepares individuals for success in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
    The challengesMy personal challenge to this company is the lack of encouragement for a hybrid work setup, especially for creatives. Allowing flexibility in where and how creatives work can enhance productivity and foster fresh ideas, which are essential for innovation in this field. A more adaptive approach could better support creative processes and work-life balance.

    Before I leave a message, first of all, thank you for the experience I gained here, even though it's becoming traumatic. During my first week and month at this job, I already felt the unpleasant atmosphere, and then my coworker almost always blamed everything on others. And then, the bakers also had rough personalities, so I decided to resign because I wasn't happy coming to work here anymore kaya nagdahilan nalang ako sa resign paper na hindi na ako worth it sa work na ito(kahit good performer)
    The good thingsIt is easy to apply/hire because many other employees are leaving, backer's basis.
    The challengessevere delay in terms of posting the contribution, work politics, lousy management (depending on your department), unpleasant work atmosphere and aura, no work communication, boring, no improvement or training in terms of house rules and guidelines, lots of crocodiles are unhappy to work here,

    Very blessed to experience working in this company. I definitely enjoyed while learning and working.
    The good thingsMy employer is easy to talk to. I've learned a lot of new things that I didn't experience in college. They will help you to grow more by encouraging you to step out of the box and try something new. You'll develop your art styles due to different products/projects that you will encounter. Over all, the company is great and considerate. They are caring as well!
    The challengesSince the company is growing I think that they should add more staff in the team. I also suggest 5 days of work for every employee. I think it's possible if there are shiftings with the employees schedule.
