ZUPERVISOR REVIEW ONLY.The good things-Meeting some of the most solid set of friends I've had
-Literally getting paid to play
-Extremely competitive compensation and benefits (i.e. HMO coverage, insurance plans, gym membership discounts, etc.)
-Work starts and ends with your shift schedule (i.e. You won't have to do paperwork at home)
-Shuttle services provided by the company to Ayala/Guadalupe
-BGC Buses now pass through the Park Triangle building
The challenges-Working during Holidays and weekends
-CONSTANT over-booking of field trips, causing overpopulation inside the Play City (i.e. Zupervisors are expected to handle 3,000 people in a day)
-CONSTANTLY shifting schedules, which means there is a big possibility of you being asked to come in for work on your rest day/s
-No employee canteen; Either you bring your own food to work, walk to the DOE canteen, have food delivered, or buy from nearby fast food stores
-A lot of on-shift restrictions for Zupervisors (i.e. No phones allowed, strict uniform policies, no sitting down for long periods of time)
