    Growth and training
    The good thingsOffers competitive salaries and professional development opportunities for teachers. School size and class sizes are small, making it an ideal place for learning how to teach and growing professionally as well. Staff are relatively young and are eager to learn. Management allows flexibility in the way we teach inside the classroom, everyone is creative. The community is supportive of one another and finds ways to ensure everyone is supported.

    The good thingsNice Environment but no benefits at all. The school must the immediate supervisor of the employee since this is the main reason for leaving.
