    The good thingsTraining is easy and short. The trainer and other teachers were nice and welcoming.
    The challengesYou have to prepare for your demo classes and be ready with the feedback.

    My Training Experience
    The good thingsThe text books they are using are great.
    The challengesThey have a 5-day training. In each day, you are given 4 demo classes. The trainer will only discuss the lessons quickly and you will be on your own after. Training is not that good but the textbooks are great.

    The good thingsNot at all. This company doesn't give a fair chance to others.
    The challengesThis company doesn't entertain questions/inquiries from other people. Better find a company that would cater your questions/inquiries as fast as they could WITHOUT LEAVING YOU HANGING.

    A good company for employees looking for hands-on work experience
    The good thingsThe company has given me opportunities to improve my experience in managing people. Unlike other companies in the same industry, this company follows the Philippine laws on labor and provides the compensation that employees deserve. It also provides a good working environment through its monthly activities. The employees also have a great working attitude and you won't have a hard time adjusting.
    The challengesThough the company gives the salary of its employees based on the Philippine labor laws, the salary that it offers is not as competitive as what others companies could give. Other than this issue, the company is a great place to start your work experience
