    If you are looking for a workplace with lots of learning
    The good thingsthis is the environment you are looking for. They will not just help you improve with regards to the products, process, services, and about the company knowledge but they will be more than willing to help you improve as person. The working environment was great. My colleagues were friendly and poppin' crazy, making my stay a wonderful one.
    The challengesI worked in Operations Department and stress level was at peak. I communicate with a huge number of different personalities (from the staff to clients) but it was fun and exciting since I was able to travel and participate to big trade events too.The Managers were accommodating & were generous when it comes to knowledge. They provided me helpful insights since day 1.

    Kettle foods corp is a good company with a great sense of team work in tackling all the given tasks
    The good thingsGetting to do different things everyday and solving issues on how to achieve given tasks. Also, the sense of team work is well practiced in this company for all are incontact and hands on on every aspects of our daily work and all superiors are being open minded to suggetions and other tactics to make a much better service by the company
    The challengesGreatest challenge was area coverage being handled. Given that all customers where needed to be served and payment collection on a weekly basis with limited time to spare to serve all cuatomers.

    Challenging experience
    The good thingsBy working in this company, I was able to apply my knowledge and skills as an Accounting Supervisor. They are fair in giving compensation and employees benefits. I have been working here for the past 3 years already and see myself to spend more years with them.
    The challengesI find it difficult and challenging to manage staffs because they have different personalities. It is also tough to coordinate with other employees who are based in other places because I need to make them understood what report I need from them.

    The good thingsIn terms of human resource department, they have lots of programs to develop the individuals both professionally and personally such as getting to know all the sister companies and point persons there. In addition to that, the company offers team building seminars for each department and seasonal gatherings such as valentines party and Halloween party.
    The challengesI believe so if given the chance to have work there a little longer. However I decided to resign because I'm from Cavite and the base is in Mandaluyong. I've spent almost 9 years working in Makati and Mandaluyong and it has somehow taken it's toll on me physically speaking.
