    A very stable company with lots of benefits
    The good things14th - 15th month pay every year a lot of allowances complete insurance for you and your dependents stable company lots of free items (food, stuff, etc.)

    The good thingsI enjoy the work that I am handling right now and the company benefits that they are extending.
    The challengesThe difficult challenge that I have found is how to communicate with our manager as they are koreans and the management is yet organize. Salary scheme and job grades are very messy. The management let us make our own job description instead of them.
