    The good thingsThe company has its unique charm as it has a fast-paced environment. I was able to extend my support and in return, the company compensated me well and I gained relevant experience to face new career outside the company

    A LITTLE ROOM FOR GROWTH. TOXIC AND HASSLE CULTURE. NO WORK AND LIFE BALANCE.
    The good thingsA few chosen colleagues who are easy to work with.
    The challengesEveryday feels like a challenge where eventually there is no room for rest. Dealing with a lot of workload with little compensation. Some employees are difficult to work with. Very political. They question our privilege to take leaves, while the higher ups enjoy theirs.

    The good thingsthey will feel you like a family. they always be considerate to you if you have problem.

    its a good work place because i was welcome as if there were my second family
    The good thingsthey have a good manager cause they really train you good and your co workers are really friendly if you really have a hard time during the peak hours they really help you especially the managers to get the food out there on time the most i like at this company is they really treat their staff as family and we work as a team

    The challengesThey challenge you to the PQC or product quality check the product quality is most important thing in this industry because you handle the critical area of this industry if you dont follow the simle FIFO or first in first out the quality of the product is not what our guest need. Always think that if your the guest you'd be satisfy for this food?

    The good thingsI love serving people with a smile. They changed me from a shy type person to good team player. They enhance my skills, i can do multi tasking. I can do also the boys can do. :)
