    The good thingsThere is a strong culture of support inside the company. Philosophical thoughts and principles teach and mold each staff to become highly professional.
    The challengesThe challenges one may face in his/her functions with the company are tight deadlines, everyday sudden urgent requests, and high regards to commitment. But all these make each staff grow more professionally everyday.

    The good thingsJAPANESE ARE SO GREATFUL FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES' WORK. EMPLOYEES ARE VERY WELL COMPENSATED!!! ( up to 15th month pay and Xmas gadget bonus 15k-25k)
    The challengesLanguage barrier to japanese clients. Work til you drop.
