    Good facilities but the supervisors need training.
    The good thingsThe facilities in the office are nice. The financial assistance when you get a project in their other branches is meager.
    The challengesAs someone who worked under someone, I did not get any support from the People Group when I raised a complaint. So I guess, they need to provide labor law seminar to their managers.

    The company is an example of a complex working environment. It allows you to work with different departments. The opportunities are endless and it's often the breeding ground for fresh graduates in different walks of life.
    The good thingsWorking in this company allows you to grow as a competitive individual, acquiring initiative during your tenure. In terms of decision-making, the company sees to it that the employees are given the opportunity to uplift and provide solutions to existing problems independently. Thus, due to its busy environment, you will be molded into a fine and versatile employee.
    The challengesDue to fast employee resignations, the company should implement an action plan to identify potential reasons why the employees are leaving their job. It would be best if they would not only rely on resignation letters but also conduct exit interviews.

    The good thingsThey hire new graduates and willing to train. The job is easy to follow and remember. Whenever, they are transactions needed for clarification, the environment is welcome to discuss and put answers.

The owners are literally HANDS ON hence the critical skills are needed and perseverance - though being an amateur is not a hindrance to become a master.     Workloads over Salary
    The good thingsThere are a lot of things you could learn on the company esepecially with your colleagues. It's like an IT company when you're on the MIS Department since Proper Coding Standards are established, separation of concerns, database management and a lot more.
    The challengesThe challenges you will be encountering on this company is that you get a lot of workloads in a very tight schedule. Altough time management is applied, still it isn't enough. In a month you'd have to overwork yourself with almost 50plus overtime.
