    All my experience are good.

    The challengesSometimes i am getting down to my self because of my cash remittance is short/over cash. And the customer you need more patient to them and not all customers are good to you and we know that the customer is always right.

    The challengesI've challenged the most on my first day of work,maybe it's difficult but suddenly i succeed to sale all of my product because i am a fast learner as well. Maybe i may not be good in english but i am a good listener.

    The good thingsMore fun, my other friend enjoy my first real of my duty until the end of my term and more memorables to come in my whole life ever as well as the main supervisor, other supervisors and the department manager, as a former baccalaureate degree student, more adjust, more fun, and more in good hands. And as a former employee of KCC, good thing is going to another future to the other companies.
    The challengesRole of my post is customers greet, availability of display sizes and inventory of remaining stocks, supervisor or department manager can get me for another tasks, support the idea of doing on our position and more adjustments, more challenging of work experience since it's good start of my duty, good thing it's more happier to everyone.

    Simple environment. Work is straightforward and easy. Low Salary.
    The good thingsPeople are great. The HR Dept. is every helpful with employee concerns. Security is good. Lots of Fire extinguishers and other safety peripherals. Offices are well made and professional. Easy access for transportation. In the center of a busy City district.
    The challengesLow salary. Some managers an supervisors have strong company backing despite their lack to hold the responsibility. You are given tasks outside your job description. The company must do further research on how to properly pay some of their employees the correct amount. For once, listen to the employees at the bottom, they always have something to say about their work environment. There should be incentives for working on projects outside the job description.

    The good thingsgood thing working here is that you can learn about strategy and marketing and also advertising, also do some collateral within the mall area and also for outside mall area. my manager was great. she has a great thinking level which i really like the most because you can learn from her strategy how to market and win quotas. the team is also great, we work like we are brother and sister. we accept new ideas and new strategy for our marketing.
    The challengesthis company has mold be to become more effective on my skills so that i can be more productive. i learn about photography catching details and also videography. i also learn their new ways on editing on photos and videos using new software like FILMORA and ADOBE.
