    Well-compensated!
The good thingsThe company provides good compensation, which means, not only the salary, but also includes, good working environment, management is very generous to the employees, you have all the chances to bring out your best, as long as you put your best effort also. There's a lot of good things and avenue for continual improvements that could still be done here.
The challengesThe challenges here is that, the company has more windows open for innovations and improvements.
