    VERY TRADITIONAL COMPANY
    The good thingssalary is good (i guess)
    The challengesVERY TRADITIONAL - time in and out during lunch - no interest in wfh/flexi time even if it is hard to go to office due to storm/transport strike - manual filing for almost everything - no bonus, 13th month only - 15 leaves only (combi of SL & VL) - no christmas basket despite being a retail company - HR is the problem

    The good thingsFree S&R membership as part of benefit. Work culture allows excellence and personal growth. A lot of people working here stayed for so long.
    The challengesSo far nothing. No complain as work is enjoyable with peers. Management also provides opportunity for growth.

    Excellent Training and activities
    The good thingsThe Company invest on trainings so that you will be equip on your job. Salary is higher compare to other competitor. Nice benefits awaits for those who will stay longer and be promoted into Managerial level. Because S&R is expanding there are many opportunities within the Organisation. People are good.
    The challengesHigh volume of work. Pre existing trust issue between the team. Need to go to work on weekend if necessary.

    My stay at KMC was educational.
    The good thingsThe company provides opportunities to its employees to grow professionally. It gives promotional opportunuties to those employees who are giving exceptional effort on their jobs. It also provides monthly themed celebrations for its employees enjoyment and also to enhance creativity and improve cooperation among departments.
    The challengesEvery company has challenging crew to deal with. What I mean is, the company encompasses various departments which has more that 5 persons to get along with and we all known that every person has a unique personality so one must have an understanding heart to be able to deal with all of them at once.
