overall it was goodThe good thingsCoworkers, managers including the owner and other Japanese staffs are approachable and nice to work with. Learned a lot considering this is my first job and you'll learn to work under pressure. Job experience is good training and can be a great background for future jobs since you'll be trained to do multi-tasking.
The challengesOne of the main downside is the balance between work and personal life, since work is demanding when it comes to time. Sudden unsound management decisions. Also, when you are new you may be asked to do certain tasks which you may have to master on your own after a short introduction/training. You would also have to be ready to learn other tasks which may not be related to your position.
