    Inconsistent work, nil support from management and frustrated workforce.
    The good thingsThe families and youth i engaged with. some staff members who could be trusted. promises of work during on brounding then nil shifts.
    The challenges-support to staff on the front line. Supervision was never delivered after close to 12 months of casual work. -Rostering_nil consistency with shifts, company will hire new staff and give them all shifts in one home and you get dropped like a hot cake. -Rostering poor communication with shift removed without notice. -One Case manager i worked with would relay what other worker had said about your performance and was very accusing in the RC space. -overall the company its run well.
