    Great first job
    The good thingsGreat job for a fresh graduate, an easy going job at start up and will make you really feel chill and comfortable with the environment easily. Pays well for a convenient job. As long as you are flexible with your time you will learn to love the company easily.
    The challengesAs years pass by, less opportunities for growth come by and might feel overcrowded with the same work everyday. Recently salary increases and bonuses were less by the years due to company growth and expansion.

    A company that experienced employees would love
    The good thingsThe company promotes a fun and chill work environment while empowering staff to take decisions in the everyday work environment. The company encourages staff to learn from each other through knowledge sharing while at the same time promotes individual autonomy as it's puts trust in each individual's capability to be the best they can. The company has very good managers from who values your growth as an individual and makes themselves reachable without the feeling that they're higher than you.
    The challengesIt's a flat organization, unlike most Philippine corporations, it doesn't have that many opportunities for individuals to go up in the corporate ladder. The company is still quite young so there are many processes that have yet to reach a mature level unlike larger corporations.

    The good thingsAn exposure to international working environment and fast-paced environment. Knowledge to sports and numerical ability is a must.

    A good company to work with
    The good thingsWith Kambi, all employees are treated in the same manner, regardless of social status and background. This is a good company for those who are starting up, straight from school, or those who just wanted to experience a different setting. Compensation for some if not all departments are at above average. Employees are always given the opportunity to speak out.
    The challengesIt's a challenge working with a boss who is younger by age, and with a different Nationality and culture; and working with people with different social backgrounds and goals in life. Sometimes the goals and intentions don't meet but at the end of the day we treat each other as a family.
