Its quite fun and challenging at the same time
The good thingsI enjoy how well we work as a team and how things are done exactly good, its how the team support each other that gives us the upper hand to accomplished any hardships/trials that the project may in counter. The bond that we shared as a team grew stronger as the time goes by.
The challengesAs for the starters like me we get less benefits from the company and we are in a project base system so when theirs no project available, there will be no job for us to work on.

    great!
The good thingsit was been a great experience in KECI working with the team and for that many ideas I have learned about mechanical air-conditioning and ventilation system from installation and testing and what standard materials was being used proper sizing of ac and ventilation duct. And the testing and commisioning stage for the project is such a great feeling for we are own way to accomplished.
The challengesworking in construction industry we expect more trades working in one area so therefore I expect conflict on the routing of fit-ups there is corresponding changes of schedule. for laying new drawings for the changes and one thing that is more affected is the number of days/weeks/months or even a year that is adjusted.
