    No career growth & low salary
    The good thingsNot strict when it comes to frequent absent.
    The challengesIn my 9 years in this company they didn't gave me a chance to explore other things that would help my career to grow. Also, the salary is not good enough to sustain all your needs. I felt that this company is like a comfort zone that if you want only a salary that would compensate some of your bills this is best for you. But if you want your to grow even more further this company is not best for you.
