    If only they knew what potential meant
    The good thingsEmployees are offered benefits and flexibility that make it easy to find balance
    The challengesSome don’t understand their role in the large of the organization or their impact on the end result. They will never know the potential of one employee without knowing what are they capable of.

    The good thingsResults driven culture. Company promotes work-life-balance. Employees can work from home. A company promotes open communication culture. Leaders encourages team members to speak up, welcomes ideas and hear your thoughts. Very casual environment.

    Casual and cool with caveat
    The good thingsSalary is good; casual attire allowed; can establish rapport with some teammates.
    The challengesSome team members withhold crucial information necessary to get a task done (information hoarding); Other members re-write what you already did implying that your solution is not as good as the one who revised it; no deadline set for tasks but implies you need to resolve the problem in one or two days ahead of time. There has to be a way to gauge complexity of the task and then set the deadline by developer, not by client or management.

JWay Group Philippines, Inc is an expert industry doing Information technology and system services that will enable other company to further improve services and operations. JWay is offering online courses that will help their employee`s personal and career advantage. Management has expertise and strategies that make the company continuously boost.
    The challengesI would say that there are so many opportunities for both the employee and management. However, the challenges would be the competition outside the work environment offering the same services. But JWay has the confident and smart thinking in making decisions well to further encourage the market and clients to join the Smart path and make things happen for there future. JWay look on those challenges as part of their companies opportunities.
