    The good thingstraining and exposure to erp system and client process really helped me develop. I was really scared on my first training gig as trainer but my senior assisted me. teamwork and coaching is solid!

    Working at Jupiter Systems Inc.
    The good thingsThe good thing about working for Jupiter Systems Inc. is that they provide trainings and retraining for their employees. They are very good at motivating their employees to collaborate with one another. They impose minimal supervision so you can work independently on the projects that you actually like.
    The challengesWell, they have a bond in their contract stating that you cannot leave for at least two years so employees who are not happy will have to wait to file their resignation letter. There is little opportunity to grow and to be promoted. The salary is not as competitive compared to other companies.
