    A good start for a professional starter

    The company is very generous and always considers its employees.
    The good thingsThe compensation is fair enough. The bosses are kind to their teachers and they always consider them in their decision-making especially during this season (pandemic). The HR is very honest in everything and basically everyone in the office is approachable. Everything you need is provided.
    The challengesMaybe the lack of training or seminars to equip the teachers even more.

    Amazing Workplace
    The good thingsI enjoy the surprisingly light workload. Stress is minimal. Perks are also wonderful and you are compensated accordingly. The other teachers are very accommodating and are always willing to help. The bosses are fair, and would consider both the teachers' and students' well-being.
    The challengesThe differing attitudes of kids may test your patience, but that's all I can say, External challenges would be the transportation, knowing that Ortigas Center is a hotspot for traffic and commuters face struggle getting to their place of work everyday.

    Amazing Experience
    The good thingsThey focus on the growth of their teachers, very considerate and the working environment is amazing, you'll feel very happy working with them. Amazing coteachers, amazing students, amazing bosses and the work load is very light. They also value the teachers' academic freedom.
    The challengesProbably just the transportation for me. I live quite far from the company.

    A very good opportunity.
    The good thingsThe employers and the admin staff are very supportive. Opportunities are given to employees in order for them to grow. The company has a very fun and relaxing environment. It is also located in a very convenient location thus accessible to employees and potential employees. They also provide employees with enough time to prepare for their next class.
    The challengesThey should improve their facilities for teaching like they should install whiteboards in all of their rooms so teaching will not be difficult for teachers.

    The good thingsThe bosses are really kind and considerate to the employees. They prioritize the well-being of the employees and talk to them immediately when a problem arise. They avoid misunderstandings as much as possible and try to create harmonious relationship to everyone.
