Jubilee is a Good Training Ground
The good thingsI learned to be an excellent teacher in Jubilee.
The challengesSince the school encourages its teachers to excel, there is so much pressure on the teachers' side.

    Good Pay, Stressful Life
The good thingsGood pay and programs for teachers' professional growth.
The challengesNo work-life balance. You will work from 7 am to evening most of the time since the school is requiring too much to their personnel. Meetings beyond working hours that last beyond 7 pm with no OT pay. Too many unnecessary paper works, and too traditional.

    Professionalism Strongly Practiced
The good thingsThe good things about this school is that they are very considerate of their employee's growth and welfare in all aspects - financially, spiritually, professionally, emotionally, mentally, physically etc. - If you want a clear definition of work and life balance, then work here.
The challengesThe only challenge I had while working there is the incompetence and unprofessional attitude of my immediate boss. Working with her is a life full of stress and discouragements.
