    The good thingsYou get the basic work familiarization and mastery by routine.
    The challengesAfter mastering your work routine, you're only in the grace of the company for growth. In my case, poor employee services, poor career growth, poor salary, noncompliance with the Labor Laws. 6-day work week and work on almost all holidays. Not direct hire. Only mandatory benefits and HMO is given after 2 years. 1 year regularization process.
