    The challengesEverything must be done with superhuman effort. But I think this is a very positive yet challenging thing. Doing things right the first time. And doing the best that you can do.

Despite it's small size for the industry of grounds maintenance and landscaping, JSA handles high-profile clients from colleges to cities. JSA is dedicated to providing quality services not only for their clients, but also their own employees.They prove they care deeply for the welfare of their employees by paying salaries on time and providing benefits.
    The challengesSince it's a small company with big clients and high quality standards, there will always be a lot of work that has to be done. Being inquisitive and willing to learn something new everyday is also a strict requirement. This is not your average, laid-back clean-up crew: this is a company dedicated to bringing out the best in its services and its people.
