    The good thingsYou will know it when you are already in the field. So, just think positive and less overthinking. And be, open-minded and love your work for you to enjoy it.
    The challengesWhen the store won't order of what product you've recommend to them and all you have to do is to convinced that these are most in demand that consumer are waiting for the availability. And at last, they will go for it and this is a win win both for the store and your supplier/company.
