    I found my people there. But due to low salary, we've decided to leave the company (sadly)
    The good thingsJRS is also a good training for fresh graduates
    The challengesLow salary. Management only favors those in higher positions. They can offer high salary in newly hired managers but can't afford to raise salary for their rank and file.

    The good thingsHere, is that you can be flexible to another task that you didn't know. for that you can have another things to learn not just the profession that you have but, you can do what other employee can do. You can have the opportunity to go around in different places in the Philippines. Another thing is Employees here is very easy to be-friend. That level or status of job dont matter as long you can have this fellowship thing

    The good thingsGreat Co-Employees , Professional Superiors and Interactions into different kinds of Customers/People are the good things here which improves my skills and abilities.
    The challengesSince as a Counter Clerk, interaction to different kinds of costumer is a challange. Well in terms of office works, as soon as you always pass the documents on time, then you don't have a problem with the superiors.

    It's a good experience working here. and nice compensation also
    The good thingsI enjoy the kindness of the management and their care for the employees. also the challenge that comes with every task you are going to take. you have opportunities to learn new things.
    The challengesI guess the time youn spend working everyday. because of the bulk of responsibilities you have you can't just go home early and leave your task for the other day beacuse it just cannot be. you should accomplish as much as possible so that you will not be so loaded the next day.
