Disorganized management, stressful environment, low salary
The good thingsYou will gain knowledge in construction and project management. They also have good finishing carpenters.
The challengesManagement is pretty disorganized and not transparent with employees. Also, there's no work life balance.

I learned a lot in high-end residential projects. Great experience.
The good thingsI got exposed to high end residential projects. I learned the details and systems of residential projects. High paying salary. And the architects in this office are great people to work with. I learned a lot from them in designing and planning high end houses.
The challengesFast paced work but it is common in architecture firms. But all in all, great experience.

Good working environment, Bad Management and Admin Responsibilities
The good thingsThe workload and the projects being handled are up to standard with most design firms. The working environment and co-employees will make you feel like family and help you be better. The immersion and experience is worth it for someone who wants to work for a design firm that will test all your knowledge and skillset. The work is no problem at all.
The challengesThe hierarchy of management should be clear and direct. No other parties or persons not involved in the design process and presentation to clients should be able to interfere with the design firm/team's execution and strategy. No real appreciation for work being done.
