    The good thingsNone so far, it was messed up. Disorganized recruiter. How can you start the interview without a resume? and you judged people based on the form we fill out? and is it part of your job to laugh when applicants provide their expected salary? it's a shame that I expect a lot from this company.
    The challengesThe company is posting false information (salary), It wasn't indicated that the account is for entry level. And the recruitment team was unprofessional. They advise the applicants to join the zoom meeting without further instruction and waited in that meeting for more than 30 mins. SO MANY REDFLAGS

    The good thingsI enjoyed the world class working environment as well as the way they take care of their employees. Colleagues are very professional and willing to help to improve my performance.
    The challengesI found difficulties in performing my task as a Check Deposit Analyst. The procedure is very complex and risky. It took me a while to master the process.

    The good thingsSo far I am enjoying my stay with the company. Great experience in terms of support with team leaders. Top-notch Employee Assistance Program, HMO and other perks. The salary offer is based on your experience and if you perform strong, you could get higher remuneration.
    The challengesThe only challenge I see is the high volume of calls coming in. Although it is to be expected in any bank's customer service, this company is not for the faint-hearted.

    The good thingsGives sign in bonus of 50k on my very first month working for this Company and they have one of the highest salary being given for the said role.
    The challengesNone, good culture very supportive leaders and admin. All kinds of drinks you can think of are free of charge and its available on our Pantry. Best set of food concessionaires are available there even the known food chains and lots of choices famous and start up resto's are there.
