    The training I had at Joyson Safety Systems (Philippines) Corporation introduced us to the various processes, as well the importance of safety in every task.
    The good thingsAfter 500 hours of internship at JSPH, I’ve learned and experienced a lot of things. Not only because we are surrounded by amazing group of people but also the exposures and the opportunities, they have given me to learn more.
    The challengesAs well as, I conduct a 5s and a daily safety reminders audit and it was successful. This kind of activity helped to stretch my ability on how to observe people silently and by doing this I also learned new things and process o how to improve and to reduce idle time during working times.

    The management including the Japanese are very approachable.
    The good thingsSalary for interns are high in comparison with other companies. Job description is aligned to the degree taken by the intern. People are generally good and will help whenever needed. Meal allowance is also given per day. OT Meal is provided whenever an OT is filled.

    It was a great experience to work for Takata because I laern
    The good thingsI enjoy the company of my workmates and they taught me a lot and share experience with me. I also enjoy making rounds to know and be familiarize with the company and the places where most people asked about. I enjoy conducting an orientation to new employees because I am able to share to them and give them an informatiom about the company. I also enjoy dealing with some departments. Overall. I know that my experience was enough and that I can explore other work.
    The challengesThe challenges for me is to deal with different kinds of personality. Since I am in Human Resources, we have to understand that people have different personalities and we have to deal with them, to communicate with them even though sometimes they have a not so good attitude. As an HR person, you must know that your jon is to handle people and be nice to every peoplw you meet. The company that I worked for was a big company so that, I have to be confident in handling their different personalities.

    The good thingsChallenges everyone to perform at their peak. Trains and develop everyone through seminars and orientations. Encourages continues improvement as an individual and as a group. Team work is viral in every section or department.
    The challengesCommunication is very difficult cause almost all executives are Japanese and with less understanding to english which is the main language within the company. Also, communication is channelled through the managers only thus creates the communication barrier.
