    Gained a lot in my internship here in Joy-Nostalg Group.
    The good things I appreciated the warm welcome, the team’s openness to suggestions, and the way they treated us as real employees rather than just interns. Being part of Raemulan Land Inc.’s Sales and Marketing team allowed me to gain hands-on experience in client engagement. I was trusted with meaningful tasks, encouraged to share ideas, and supported in developing both my communication and professional skills.

    Welcoming, highly recommended!
    The good thingsThe company is very welcoming to entry-level employees who are starting their career such as fresh graduates and interns. The higher ups are also approachable, the environment is friendly. I did not hesitate to ask questions during my time as an intern here. I'd say that the compensation is decent and vey reasonable as well. Recommended to freshers and those with experience!

    I experienced the love and care from all of the employees and all throughout I'm happy working there
    The good thingsI enjoy the environment in the company because they are very welcoming and accommodating as well as my experience working there under marketing department (SHG) is really great and I learn a lot being an intern.
    The challengesBasically the challenges I just notice in the marketing department is that they need an additional employee because of the workloads and so. Also in the FB page, they should maximize it because for the prospective buyers it looks so confusing for them whether what page are the original one. But all throughout, the challenges they might experience can just possibly be resolved because of the unity and management there.

    On Culture Day, bosses love to talk about values, but too many don’t live by them. It’s pure hypocrisy. No matter how cultural or religious a company claims to be, it means nothing if the leaders themselves can’t practice what they preach. I don't recommend anyone to work here.

    The challengesConsistency in leadership: Ensure that leaders’ behaviors align with the values they speak about. Transparency: Be open about expectations and hold everyone (including upper management) accountable for upholding cultural values. Follow-through: When values are introduced, make sure there are concrete actions, policies, or practices that make those values real—don’t leave them at speeches. Feedback culture: Encourage employees to give feedback when they see disconnects between what is preached and what is done, without fear of repercussions. Training and reinforcement: Provide periodic reminders, workshops, or examples so that the culture doesn’t become just words but is continuously lived out.
