    High Expectations with Low Salary
    The good thingsFew benefits. Has a few leaves that are unconvertible to cash. There is a referral bonus though not always remembed but its worth to try reminding. On some projects gives you freedom to voice out and are open to suggestions. There is a \"BIBO\" award where they give you a certificate for outstanding performance.
    The challengesVery low compensation Lots of politics. Poor management. Often nitpicking by assigning secretary instead of hiring project managers or scrum masters to handle project. Most hardworking employees are underappreciated. Might improve over time though.

    The good thingsI experience and enhance my programming skills. The management is good and they are friendly esp. the managers. I can see that this company will be successful someday. I'm so happy that I experience to work there and gave some opportunity to experience and be part of there business. The best part is when the manager told me to stay a little longer but my family needs me that time.Feel sad.
    The challengesThe challenging part is when they gave me some task to create new system for there automotive ticketing machine and I'm so happy when they told me that I'm so fast to learn and they needs me there. The managements likes me and that's make me flattered so much. Hope someday I can visit them again and to say thank you.
