    The good thingsCo-workers are approachable and they treat everyone as a family. No politics. Whenever someone is struggling with the task being given, others always offer a help.
    The challengesYour efforts are unappreciated by the management. Always want a systematized way but when offered recommendations for improvement, frequently declines it. He's mind isn't fixed in making decisions causing confusion and frustrations to employees. Also has trust issues.

    I was their finance manager.
    The good thingsThis a classic family business where most of the relatives are active. What was good with it was they treated even employees as family. Very caring but focused family. They like to be surrounded with people they learn and gain experience from.
    The challengesThe organizational chart gets a little confusing. The family has the tendency to always decide as a group. Though every step is deliberate, things move rather slow.

    I've work here for two yrs. The owner is okay but his kinda "he listens but dont hear" boss. I thinkhe should listen to his employees. The world has change sir.
    The good thingsI learned a lot here especially with the help of my manager. He was so supportive and he taught me all the way down on how to do my task and responsibilities. He believed in me that's why I believed in me too.
    The challengesThe management believes in you completely. They trust one other but the challenge is the owner is hard to communicate.

    The good thingsA very approachable top executives and a collaborative department managers; no pressures at work, but tough in meeting deadlines; managers are very supportive and continuously mentors subordinates.
    The challengesLocation, as I am not from Cebu City and it requires travel time.
