    Challenging experience
The good thingsExperienced different challenges where you will learn a lot of things from paper to site works. The backbone of their training is documentation where you will have the opportunity to master the standards and processes of construction proper and phasing prior to execution.
The challengesLack of employees resulting to overwork of people. Also, the company needs improvement on employee training especially for fresh graduates since they are expected to perform as inspector of gigantic contractors and consultants.

Would not recommend this job to anyone
The good thingsWorking with my colleagues.
The challengesPoor management. Me and my colleagues are beginners in the company but we received NO training or orientation for our job. The management just expected us to know everything without teaching us ANYTHING.
