    Survive at Your Own Risk
The good thingsOpportunities for training, meaningful connections with colleagues, and exposure to different departments.
The challengesThe company provides low pay despite employees having prior experience, with no benefits such as health or life insurance. Work responsibilities are excessive—often equivalent to multiple roles—yet there is no clear job description or defined scope of duties, resulting in unclear expectations and a demanding six-day work schedule. There are also concerns regarding unprofessional conduct from HR and management, along with issues in the release of important documents such as the Certificate of Employment and 13th-month pay even after clearance has been completed. Overall, the workplace reflects a lack of structure, insufficient employee support, and cost-cutting measures that negatively impact staff.

I had a frustrating experience with. The salary was far below industry standards, and there were no opportunities to grow or improve my skills. The HR team was uninformative and unresponsive, making it hard to get any clarity on important matters. To make matters worse, there was a lot of office politics at the head office, which made the work environment feel toxic. Overall, not a place I’d recommend if you're looking for fair compensation, professional growth, or a positive workplace culture.
The good thingsIt is in a fantastic location, making it super convenient to get to. Whether you're driving or taking public transit, it's easy to find and access. The area is vibrant, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so you can easily make a stop while running errands or grabbing a bite.
The challengesI had a disappointing experience here. The HR department was unhelpful and lacked clear communication, making it difficult to get any reliable information. Additionally, the salary offered was lower than expected for the role, especially considering the workload and responsibilities. Overall, I found the company to be poorly organized and not very transparent. Wouldn’t recommend if you're looking for clarity or fair compensation.
