    I would not recommend this agency at all.
    The good thingsCo worker's are okay
    The challengesThis agency has been a huge disappointment. Here are the main problems I experienced: Late salaries – payouts are constantly delayed, and employees are left struggling with bills and expenses. Late SIL and 13th month pay – even the benefits mandated by law are not released on time, which is completely unfair to employees. For your SIL, you just turned 1 yr today but you can't have your SIL this year you have to wait another yr to get you SIL for last year. No growth or stability – there are no clear opportunities for career development, and the way they handle contracts leaves you feeling insecure about your job. Slow deployment/hiring – they take too long to process and deploy people to the companies they handle, wasting applicants’ time and opportunities. Employees give their time, effort, and hard work every day, but in return this agency fails to meet even the most basic responsibilities. If you’re looking for a stable and fair workplace, I would not recommend this agency at all
