    The good thingsgood pay and benefits, you really improve on your knowledge and skills because of the work and training provided, it feels like a family at store, they treat their employees very well including crew, i am lucky
    The challengesthere are deadlines to be met and targets to achieve but that is like any other company. work life balance sometimes hard to get because it is fast food industry...it is service industry...but it is better than BPO where i worked before
