    The good thingsThe most good things I experience on working at J&J as OJT is the environment. People working here are nice and humble. They treat they're OJT's as one of them, and give opportunity to learned on the flow of an warehouse work. And also the management of this company are so nice, they treat all fair, no one left behind.
    The challengesAs OJT of J&J only one makes me unhappy, they not give allowance on they're OJT'S. Because in my situation my family is just a poor, no one working as, that's why I really need allowance at that time.
