Good company to start your career
The good thingsWorking environment is not so stressful. No toxic colleague Has salary appraisal yearly. With 14th month plus bonus and other miscellaneous allowances. With HMO
The challengesThere are policies that are not aligned in PH company settings. No central procurement so every department needs to source out their supplier, negotiate and process transaction, and this may lead to corruption. Standard starting salary is very low regardless of your qualifications and experience---hope management will work on this.

Better experience in the field of HVAC
The good thingsThe good things about JCI-Hitachi Air-conditioning is the people than can help you regarding HVAC. Also, my workmates are friendly and easy to work with. A good experience for Mechanical Engineers who seeks more knowledge about air-conditioning.
The challengesThe challenge I find the most difficult is the language barrier between the Filipino employees and Taiwanese managers, Also, the office should be renovated to make the ambiance more comfortable for work.
